macOS 26 Tahoe or later
Free and open source. No account.
Bingsu runs on Mac, Windows and Linux. Open this page on your computer to download it.
Check your Downloads folder. Nothing there? Download it again.
It runs on a Mac, a Windows PC and Linux. Open bingsustudio.com/download on your computer to get it.

Open Bingsu.dmg from your Downloads folder.

Drag Bingsu to Applications in the window that opens.

Open Bingsu and allow screen recording. macOS asks once. Bingsu then waits in your menu bar.
Open Bingsu.msix from your Downloads folder.
Click Install. Windows checks our signature first.
Open Bingsu from Start. Its icon sits in the system tray.
Make it runnable: chmod +x ~/Downloads/Bingsu.AppImage
Run it. The first time, your desktop asks which screen to share.
Keep it: move it to ~/Applications or wherever you keep apps.
macOS 26 Tahoe or later
Windows 10 (version 2004) or later, and Windows 11
GNOME or KDE on Wayland with PipeWire; X11 works too
Or on a Mac with Homebrew:
brew install --cask bingsu
Every release is built from a tagged commit and signed. On a Mac you can confirm it in Terminal before you open it.
Compare its fingerprint (SHA-256 checksum) with the one listed with the release on GitHub:
shasum -a 256 ~/Downloads/Bingsu.dmg
spctl --assess --type open --context context:primary-signature -v ~/Downloads/Bingsu.dmg
The answer should say accepted and source=Notarized Developer ID.
codesign --verify --deep --strict -v /Applications/Bingsu.app
codesign -dv /Applications/Bingsu.app 2>&1 | grep TeamIdentifier
Windows builds carry our Microsoft code signature, and Linux builds our GPG signature.
Bingsu checks for updates once a day; the request tells the server only the version you have, and Settings can turn it off. It installs an update only when its signature matches our key, on top of Apple's own check.
Homebrew updates Bingsu with brew upgrade. On Windows and Linux, updates come through the package you installed.
Releases live on GitHub Releases, next to the source they were built from. The steps to build it are in CONTRIBUTING.md.
Record it once and send a link. Or let your agent do the recording.
