Bingsu vs GoFullPage
Both take full-page screenshots in Chrome for free and save them as PNG or PDF. GoFullPage does only that, does it in one click and asks for no extra permissions. Bingsu for Chrome also records the tab, a window or the screen with your camera, and blurs passwords first. Pick GoFullPage if page screenshots are all you need.
